Your forever job is calling, and we help you answer.

Our mission is to align people around shared purpose and equip them with the resources required to effect positive change.

We believe work is an unrivaled vehicle for opportunity and fulfillment. Work has the power to touch lives, drive innovation, impart change, and inspire others.

But work without purpose, without a mission, is empty. We envision a global community of mission-driven individuals capable of addressing humanity’s most significant challenges and realizing its most ambitious dreams.

The One Work platform is the first step towards that vision. We’re designing it to help you find a great team (spectacular even!) organized around shared purpose and strong culture.

Let's get started

Our first objective is a pilot with a small group of job seekers and employers. The pilot gives us an opportunity to solicit feedback from the community early in development (that’s you, good-lookin').

To that end, we’re focused on the following areas:

Researching your needs to help us build the best product possible.

Developing our job seeker portal so you can find your forever job.

Developing our employer portal so you can recruit the best people on any hiring platform.

Once we complete the pilot, we’ll incorporate feedback from our first group of members to get ready for a full launch. If you’d like to participate in the pilot, sign up below for updates!

Our team

I didn't always know what I wanted to do with my life. I was 25, chronically stressed, and lamenting how long it was going to take until I retired – at which point I’d finally be able to live the life I wanted, not that I knew what that looked like. Work was something to "get through" rather than a joyful endeavor in and of itself.

Fortunately, I found a job that resonated with my personal mission, though I didn't realize it at first. I was responsible for making my team members successful, acting as a coach, mentor, and barrier-buster. I could make a difference in their lives, and maybe, by extension, do my part to make the world a better place.

One Work is my opportunity to help people like you discover and fulfill your personal missions so you can become an unstoppable force for good. Together, we'll leave the world better than we found it.

Want to lend a hand?

For now, I’m the only person developing One Work. If you like what I’m doing and want to help, here are a couple of ideas:

Tell your friends and coworkers about One Work to help build our community. The hardest part is finding our first users: by spreading the word, you help us overcome this hurdle. We're building One Work for anyone who wants to make a difference in the world, not just job seekers!
